My journey with yoga began not in a pristine studio, but nestled within the tranquil space of a Buddhist monastery where I spent six years of my childhood. There, I was first introduced to the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, along with Buddhist Studies, sowing the seeds for what would become my life's passion: helping others overcome chronic low back pain through yoga therapy and mindfulness meditation.

A Passion for Knowledge and Healing

 

Fueled by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I meticulously completed every step of the ladder, earning a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, and ultimately, a PhD in Yogic Sciences. My Master's dissertation and PhD thesis both focused on "Yoga for Chronic Low Back Pain," solidifying my expertise in this transformative field.
