About Dr. Chow Siddhartha, PhD: Your Guide to Back Pain Relief
Welcome! I’m Dr. Chow Siddhartha, also known as Dr. Chametcha Singphow, a dedicated yoga therapist with over 22 years of experience in helping individuals reclaim their lives from back pain. With a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore, I specialize in providing holistic solutions tailored to your unique needs.
My journey began with a passion for understanding the mind-body connection and its impact on health. Throughout my career, I have worked with thousands of participants, guiding them through customized yoga practices and mindfulness techniques designed specifically for chronic back pain relief.
Having conducted extensive research, including my PhD study on the effects of yoga and mindfulness meditation on chronic low back pain in computer users, I am committed to using evidence-based approaches to empower you on your healing journey.
