Dr. Siddhartha’s journey into yoga therapy began with a personal struggle. While working on an intense Indian railway project, he experienced severe back pain due to long hours and high stress. Realizing the critical importance of health over career pressures, he made a courageous decision to pivot his life’s path. Leaving behind his role as project in charge, he embarked on a transformative journey to SVYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, traveling all the way from Assam.

At SVYASA, one of the world's leading institutions for yoga education, Dr. Siddhartha earned a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Yoga Therapy. His doctoral research focused on the "Effect of Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation on Chronic Low Back Pain in Computer Users: A Randomized Control Trial," and he has published six research papers in international journals, further establishing his expertise.
